We created this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit the LinkTIME website or mobile site (the “LinkTIME Sites” or the “Sites”) or mobile applications (“Apps” or “Mobile Apps”) and use the LinkTIME services (the “Services”) provided through the Sites or Apps, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. Your use of the Sites and the services is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, but not does apply to any third party sites that may be linked to them, or any relationships you may have with the businesses listed on LinkTIME.

Other’s Information

You may choose to provide us with another person’s email address or phone number so that person may be invited to your place as a guest or be invited to create an account on this Sites and Apps and become your friend. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person about the invitation. By providing us with another person’s email address and phone number, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the person concerned as regards such disclosure to us of their personal information. All invitees are provided with the option not to receive further invitations. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.



We use “cookies” to customise your experience on the Sites and Apps and, if you create a password, to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Sites and Apps. “Cookies” are small computer files that are transferred to your computer or mobile phone’s hard drive that contain information such as your user ID, user preferences, the pages you have visited and the activities you have performed while using the Sites or Apps. Except as set forth herein, we do not share your personal information with those third parties, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We suggest you to read the privacy policies on all such third party websites.


Controlling Your Personal Data

To the extent you include personal information in your submissions (such as a photo of yourself), third parties may be able to identify you, and associate you with your user account, and contact you. Third parties can also associate you with your user account using the member search function on LinkTIME, but only if the third party already knows your phone number. Please do not include information in your submissions that you expect to keep private.

As a registered LinkTIME user, you can modify some of your personal information and your privacy preferences by accessing the “Settings” section or “Options” section of this Sites and Apps. For example, you may disable the “Allow others to add” features in the “Options” page from “Intercom” section in which others who have your phone number or from the same community can add you as friend. Besides, you can also include suspicious users in your blocked list.



Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the personal information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function such as our customer service personnel. If you have any questions about the security on LinkTIME, please contact us. Although we make appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your personal information will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

You hereby acknowledge that LinkTIME is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorised manner.


Reasons for Permissions Needed on LinkTIME Mobile Applications

  • Reading your phonebook is required if you need to invite guests and share an event with your friends (explicit permission will be sought before this).
  • SMS permissions are required if you need to invite guests and share an event with your friends (again, explicit permission will be sought before this).
  • WeChat and WhatsApp permissions are required if you need to invite guests and share an event with your friends (again, explicit permission will be sought before this).
  • Navigation mobile applications like Google Map and Waze permissions are required if you need to use the navigation information provided on the Sites and Apps to navigate you to the store locations (again, explicit permission will be sought before this).


Our Policy Regarding Children

Our Service is accessible to any person above the age of 18 and with parents’ permission for children below the age of 18. We require children who are under the age of 18 to consult with their parents before providing Personal Information. We also encourage parents to supervise their children’s online activities by, for example, adopting parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing their name, address, Identity Card number, and other Personal Information without parental permission. We encourage parents to talk to their children about the use of the Internet and information they disclose to websites.


Terms and Modifications to this Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will post any new versions on this page. If we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Sites and Apps. Upon written request, subject to certain expectations, LinkTIME will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to that information. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information to cover our costs; however, we will advise you of any fee in advance, which will be no more than any maximum fee prescribed by law.
